Easy 30 - Day returns

Not your style? No worries! We are here to help in any way we can if you want to return your product. You can return your eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date to get your money back. 

Return Policy:

  1. Item must be in the original retail packaging of the item must be in new, undamaged condition. We understand that you must try on the shoe or apparel to determine if it fits, however, it is your responsibility to repackage the exchange item(s) neatly.
  2. Item must be in new condition (no visible wear or tear).
  3. Item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  4. Any item that we determine to have been worn, used, or altered will be denied an exchange. Any item that has a foreign odor, mark or object will be denied an exchange. Foreign odors, marks and objects include cigarette smoke, perfume, body odor, make-up, deodorant marks, stains, dirt, pet hair, etc.

My item does not fit:

We will gladly exchange the item for a size that does fit, please return the item with a note explaining which size you would like. 

*We will not provide a refund for shipping if the reason for the return/exchange is only because of size/color*

I recieved the wrong item:

If the wrong item was received, contact us at (888) 978- 9872 or email us at sales@shoediamond.com and inform us of the mix up. 

Then, return the incorrect item to us (we will refund shipping costs) and we will send you the correct item as soon as possible (free of charge or shipping).

My item is defective:

Defective items are rare but do occur, if you have received a defective item we can help. Please email us at sales@shoediamond.com with photo proof of the defect.

 Then, return the defective item to us (we will refund shipping costs) and we will send you a new item as soon as possible (free of charge or shipping).

How to return an item:

  1.  Find your order ID number. This can be done by either checking your email for your purchase confirmation email or, if you have an account with us, by logging in and navigating to the "My Orders" tab.
  2. Once you have your order ID number please write it down on a piece of paper that also includes your name and reason for the return.
  3. Place the paper in the shoe box along with the shoes (which should be repacked) and head to your nearest post office. 
  4. Ship the shoe to this address:
