(Q) How do I cancel an order before it is shipped?

(A) If you change your mind and want to cancel a recently placed order, you will first need to find your order ID number. There are two ways of finding this. Either you can check your email for the purchase confirmation email, or, if you have an account, you can navigate to the "My Orders" tab after logging in. Once you have obtained the order ID number please contact us at (888) 978- 9872 or email us at sales@shoediamond.com and we will cancel your order for you.

(Q) How long does it take for me to get a refund?

(A) Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

(Q) Do you ship internationally?

(A) Yes, we ship everywhere across the world except: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria.

(Q) Why is my international package taking so long?

(A) International shipments may take longer than normal to arrive as it has to go through customs and border protection. Please note that your countries customs can take as long as they need to, to investigate the package and then release it.

(A) Yes, the free shipping option can be selected at checkout. With free shipping, products can take from 3 - 5 business days after order confirmation to reach the customer.
